A Few Words From Our Chef

Tomas Perez was born in the beautiful town of Campeche Mexico. He was born in a farm community where people remain in touched with nature and self-sustainability culture.  Born in a hard working family where all the members are used to contribute to their food bank supply. Chef Tomas was taught to raise animals in order to produce fresh products like meat, milk, and eggs. In his household he learned the importance of cooking with real fire using Mesquite and Oak firewood. His family used fresh and organic ingredients and always share the food with family and friends. 

With a desire to see the world and a sense of adventure Chef Tomas emigrated to The United States at just fourteen years old. Lead by destiny he worked in many restaurants was blessed to be taught by a few renowned chefs like [name of chefs…].  Opening many start-ups restaurants awaken his entrepreneurial spirit and decided to become his own boss and to cook for the world without limits and monotony. After cooking for Kings, Princes, Celebrities, Athletes and Business Tycoons [like such and such just to mention a few] , Chef Tomas has decided to use the magic of technology to teach his followers online in a more efficient, tasteful, and pleasant way. Chef Tomas has decided to manage his time in a healthier way by doing fewer events in person but teaching online to reach more food lovers around the world and share his passion for food and healthy lifestyle. With more time available he is inspired to create more recipes and spent more time to assist his students on the phone and perhaps participate in a Chef Television Program just for fun.
